Terms of Service

1. Payment will be through Paypal.

2. Payments must be paid in full and
upfront before I start working on the commission.

3. I have the right to refuse any request that would make me uncomfortable.

4. I will not complete the commission until submitted sketches are approved. So if you take long to get back to me, please also expect to get your finished commission much later.

5. Revisions will only be accepted during the sketch phase.

a.) Unlimited Minor Revisions
b.) Only 1 Major Revision

6. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design.

7. No refunds unless there’s an error on my end.

8. It will take me 2-3 weeks at most to finish your request.

9. Please note that I have other clients and I will prioritize whoever pays first.

10. You can ask to be put on priority.

a.) Rushed/priority commissions will be +50% of the original price.

11. I retain partial rights to my art work. You're allowed to use the finished commission for personal use (Twitch, Youtube, Discord, etc.).

12. I am allowed to post my finished commissions. Please inform me immediately if you need it to be a secret.

13. If you want to make merchandise of a commissioned piece, please contact me so we can work on a contract for commercial and resale rights.

By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to my terms of service.
